1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the Loavwear website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products and orders
All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason. Prices are in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and may change without prior notice.
3. Payment
We accept Pix payments securely processed by OpenPix. Stripe is unavailable at the moment. Payment must be confirmed for the order to be processed.
4. Shipping and delivery
Delivery time is calculated at checkout based on postal code and selected carrier. Loavwear is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (strikes, natural disasters, errors in addresses provided by the customer).
5. Returns and exchanges
You have up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt to request a return, as per the Consumer Protection Code. The product must be unused, with original tags and intact packaging.
6. Intellectual property
All website content (text, images, logos, designs) is the exclusive property of Loavwear and protected by copyright. Reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
Loavwear strives to keep the website available and functional but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from website use.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute shall be resolved in the court of São Paulo, SP.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. The last update date will always be at the top of this page.
